Olivier Loreaux, Executive Chef and F&B Director of Le Méridien Dhaka, has been enlisted to participate in the second consecutive year of Goût de France / Good France celebration initiated by the French Foreign Ministry.
Taking place in restaurants and French embassies around the world on the day of Spring Equinox (21 March 2016), the event will showcase the vibrancy, creativity and innovation of French cuisine, while remaining true to the values of sharing, enjoyment and respect for good food and the planet.
Master Chef Olivier is expected to partake of this global event along with 1,500 other chefs across five continents, each chef having submitted their unique menu for review and approval.
Offering sophisticated cuisine that is rooted in French tradition yet informed by the local ingredients of Dhaka, Master Chef Olivier has added a decidedly modern twist to classic dishes in his carefully curated menu.
Le Méridien Dhaka is scheduled to host its dinner in collaboration with the Embassy of France in Bangladesh on 21 March 2016 from 19:00 till midnight at its Latest Recipe restaurant.
